[1.3] Slave combatant equip unid

Minor, but although the slave combatant in the Ring of Blood now gets armor + gloves, they still start unid, even if you can see the ego. In one instance I got juggernaut gloves (which I could use, and I saw the ego name) but they were still greyed out.

Bumping this to say I also started with an artifact...that should not happen, likely.
