Trapped in Celia Crypt

I have a level 30 anorithil (very promising), who just defeated Celia in version 1.3. There is no apparent exit and the Rod of Recall does not work. Is this a known bug? Is there a work-around?

Was the rod of recall disabled in a bunch of locations, and if so why?

rod of recall was already unable to act in certain circumstances, and i don't see a reason why the list would be updated.
especially for a place that is KNOWN for cutting off your escape route once you activate her.
there used to be an issue when you enter without, the rod.

say, does it just not even start, or does it give you the status that ends with "sorry" instead of recalling you?

I was getting the "can't use it here" message...although, bizarrely, it worked after I rebooted the computer and tried again.

It always used to work there. Maybe it's a new bug in 1.3?

Hmm, really unsure what would have caused that. Not only can you recall from there you HAVE to recall from there. Very strange.

The same bug happened to me also, as a Level 31 Temporal warden, except instead of the crypt I'm stuck in the ambush! zone. I defeated all the orcs, but while doing so generated an anomaly that generated stone on top of some loot. I waited for the stone to unsummon, but it stayed there, and even though it says it is diggable mining does nothing to it. I then tried to leave but the spell to Point Zero fizzles and the Rod of Recall doesn't work

Note - before the battle I was level 30, and leveled up during the battle. Not sure if it has any importance, but it is a similarity between the two errors.
