[1.3.0 RC2] Not given option to betray escorts

I have a character with no runes or spell talents and they are not given the option to betray escorts to Zigur. This character previously had runes equipment, but they have since all been replaced by infusions.

Nevermind, I'm dumb. I'm playing as Shalore and didn't realize the racial talents counted as spells.
