Game does not start

This is a bit of an oddity - I can open some characters, who have graphical glitches (the alchemist has two transparent color boxes, the mindslayer appears as a white blob).

Starting a new character or trying to open my necromancer or doombringer, the game loads to 100% and then stops.

Log is too large to attach, 267 kb, it ends in:

Edit: One minor update - this only happens with ashes characters.

Fixed it.

Apparently, what happened is that I told Steam that I installed Ashes, so Ashes appeared twice in my addon load order and the game got confused.
