Plot item under a teleport trap : unreachable

Hello,

* minor spoiler ahead*

In my game, the blood-runed athame is located on top of a teleport trap, which basically prevents me from picking-up the item. Since I have no way to deal with traps, it looks like this item will stay there forever (not sure if it is even possible to remove a trap, actually).

I can provide a save file on demand (but since it is 10Mb large, what part matters?)

You might be able to ask a community manager (the yellow people in chat) if they can port you onto it or force it to drop. Otherwise you can turn on developer mode and cheat port yourself onto the trap without triggering it but it will invalidate your save as far as the vault goes.

Sorry about your misfortune :/ We'll see if we can get that fixed for 1.3

The Feathersteel Amulet or Coryalem would let you get it.
You might also have a 5% chance of not triggering the trap, but I'm not sure.

I want more traps in the game so we can have more trap avoiding fun. :mrgreen:

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I will try to use the cheat console, to see where it leads me. I do not mind my savefile being flagged, as what counts is that I know in all honesty why I did that (also, being in Ez mode, my stat in the vault are largely ridiculous). :)
