In my auto-fire Adventurer build, I have periodically noticed that Thunderstorm seems to hit ME instead of an enemy. This happens even if no enemies have anything that might redirect the attack to me (deflection, reflection, evasion, anything). This can then trigger On Hit (Spell) procs (not surprisingly), but even stranger is that, sometimes, in the midst of battle, I'll notice that I've been hit with my own procs, but NOT with Thunderstorm (i.e. there was no lightning damage dealt to me that turn). I have a lot on On Hit (Spell) equipment on, so there are several procs that could hit me, but it seems to happen with any of them.
I'm guessing that Thunderstorm is the root of this issue, but I'm not sure. I assume this isn't supposed to happen. I've attached a screenshot of a game log of it happening. The Dust to Dust came from Crystal's Astral Bindings, and in this case there was lightning damage, so I'm guessing my Thunderstorm hit me to start it all off.

Re: Thunderstorm and On Hit (Spell) Procs hit self
Thunderstorm hits in a radius of 1, so if a creature is point blank you'll get hit along with them. This is somewhat of a problem for an arcane blade, someone has mentioned.
