Hi all,
I have killed everything, opened up all the treasure chests, and there's no Sandworm Queen to kill. I even went back up to the third floor of the Sandworm Lair and nothing. This is the first time it ever happened to me and I have reached the Sandworm Lair quite a few times.
Is there any way to fix this without resorting to cheats? Any save file or something that I can send to get it looked at? Please let me know, thanks!

This addon should have everything you need. And if you aren't willing to do that, try this:

While your problem is not explicitly listed as something they help with, it's worth a shot.

I'm not crying. I'm offering a sacrifice to DarkGod in hopes he'll show favor to me.
It hasn't worked yet.

Also you could try exiting the dungeon, then remove the dungeon named file in ToME folder on your user directory (My Documents folder on Windows and /home directory on Linux circ).
Re-entering the dungeon after that should spawn a new unexplored dungeon for you, but it's not a guarantee that the bug won't appear again.
Edit: The correct path on Linux actually should be /home/<username>/.t-engine/4.0/tome/save/<charname>/zone-sandworm-lair.teaz
In which the .t-engine directory is hidden (hence the .)
For Windows the equivalent for this I believe is My Documents/t-engine/etc..

Stronk is a potent combatant with a terrifying appearance.
