Edit: A day later, my balance has successfully updated! Perhaps the delay is normal? Or, a problem was fixed behind the scenes.
After playing with the free client for a long time, I just bought the Steam client for Tales of Maj'Eyal, and then the Ashes of Urh'Rok DLC. I have (as far as I know) correctly linked my Steam account with my te4.org account.
While the steam and balance tab updated successfully to reflect my purchase of Maj'Eyal through steam, there's no sign of the Ashes purchase, although it successfully activated and downloaded on Steam. I've also played around with a Doombringer a little. (Love the written lore for the expansion so far!)
Is there anything special I need to do, to get my precious coins?
