[1.2.3] Duplicate Orb of Many Ways

I declined to give Tannen the Orb of Many Ways during the Back and There Again quest (at the return to Reknor stage). He never took the orb from me later, despite the dialogue sounding like he would. When I later killed him in his tower on the final stage of the quest, he dropped a second copy of the orb and I ended up with two of them in my inventory.
