With two different characters now, both with normal (100%) global and attack speeds, I have noticed that the "turns" displayed in the left-hand dialog are increasing too quickly (i.e. for every 10 bump attacks the turns increase by 11).
I have checked and double checked for sustains or other debuffs but I genuinely believe this is a bug with the dummy itself. If I'm doing something incredibly stupid, which is always likely, please let me know what it is!
Regardless, this is not a huge deal since it's generally only used to compare damage-per-turn values with different gear choices, and it's at least consistent, but probably needs fixing nonetheless.
