Weird alchemist golem inventory bug...

so this is happening randomly everytime I play alchemist, it seemingly duplicates items and then they're stuck there, I can't do anything with them.
Also this could be unrelated but my tmog box suddenly disappeared for no reason, it's not in my golem's inventory either.
Unforunately I can't provide much more information then that. I was just transferring and equipping items like normal and then crap hit the fan.
