[1.2.2]Heat Shift and other Mindslayer bugs

The description of heat shift (mindslayer, thermal mastery) says it should have range 6 and when you use the skill it will ask you to target it in range 6. But in practice, no matter where you target it, it will only effect the enemies in radius 2,2,3,4,4 around you instead of the enmies around the place you targetted.

- Brain Storm description at 3.9 talent level says it has radius 3 while in practice it has radius 2.
- Thermal Balance description at 2.6 talent level says it has radius 3 while in practice it has radius 2. At talent level 3.9 it says it has radius 4 while it has radius 3 in practice.
- I think the mental removal part of Iron Will has never triggered for me ever, despite being under the effect of beckon etc for many turns.
