(1.2.2) Swift Shot - can't right-click foe to use it
Playing a Skirmisher, when I right-click a foe, Swift Shot does not show up in the list of things I can do to it. When I right-click Myself, Swift-shot is in that list, and selecting it prompts me to select a foe. Kind of like the Doomed Feed talent (I never understood why that one works like that either). It isn't exactly an intuitive thing.

Both talents are probably missing a requires target flag. I haven't looked, just guessing.

Okay...
Swift Shot and Hurricane Shot are both missing requires_target flags.
Feed seems to have a legacy flag that only turns on after tl 5 though it looks like the talent is targetable whenever so it should probably be changed.
