no-music windows version doesn't patch

The no music version won't patch, it's been this way for at least the last three versions. The patch downloads and validates fine, but when it attempts to apply it, it can't find a file. I foolishly did not note down the filename, but it's easy to replicate.

It tries to find te4-boot.team while the name of the file in this version is te4-boot-nomusic.team.

Ran into it myself.
