[1.2.1]Buckler Mastery on Skirmisher Does NOTHING
Hi, I was code diving earlier and realized Counter Shot probably did not actually activate along with Buckler Mastery as it is supposed to. Upon further investigation and testing it turns out your 44% chance to block ranged attacks is not real, you do not block any ranged attack at any time, ever. I tested vs. crystals and crystal rats in Scintillating Caves and vs. Skeleton Archers in Halfling Ruins just to confirm. It is supposed to block ALL projectiles including magic based ones.
