Bug re being fearscaped in Abashed Expanse

Was fearscaped in Abashed Expanse by a boss while playing on Insane. After killing, I warped back to a space with no ground, as well as the items. Started suffocating so I had to teleport to ground, but the items disappeared. Looks like being fearscaped in the Abashed Expanse is a glitchy when warping back.
