Shock projectile

The tooltip of Shock states that it has an instantaneous travel speed, which totally makes sense and all considering that it's lightning, but in game not only is it not instantaneous, it's quite easy to dodge. I've noticed this for both casting it, where the enemies can dodge it, as well as for enemy mobs who cast it against me, I can see the projectile flying through the air when it's my turn. If I had to guess, it appears to have ~800 travel speed, which is clearly unintended.
