A whole lot of bugs

Hello

I've been writing down bugs as they occurred and it's time to post them! Some of them may already have been reported, some may have been fixed in versions after the one I've been playing.

OS: Ubuntu 12.10
Version: 1.0.4

- when life bar of escorts, etc. reaches the bottom frame around the icon it will start to grow downwards below the icon (zero life seemed to be at the width of the frame below the frame)
- anmalice will trigger the taking-off effect after dying (I think also when leveling up)
- sustains may deactivate and activate when leveling up or changing levels or dying. For example, if the Temporal Warden's sustain for gaining strength is used, character might get encumbered and unencumbered.
- if you have a golem it will accompany you into dreams at the caldera (and kick ass and allow you to unlock the solipsist)
- upon leaving "damp cave", etc. map will be wrong resolution. Using tab to go to full map and back will fix this
- on tempest peak icy floor may partially or completely obscure staircase (I wouldn't have found it if I didn't know where it was)
- telekinetically wielded weapons seem to ignore requisites, even anti-magic
- telekinetically wielded staff will provide command staff, but is not considered to be wielded and damage type cannot be changed
- if you and/or escort is frozen escort will warn against itself
- when resting until recalled by rod of recall, resting will stop if there is an extra turn (due to speed bonus). Status effect will no longer be shown, but a single action will cause one to be recalled. Similarly, after dying sometimes one has to pass a turn before going to Eidolon plane
- "quick" charms will only have an initial cool-down of 1 instead of three. Item description does not state that fact. Not sure if this is not a purposefully hidden feature
- when cancelling recall on the last turn, one still gets recalled
- when prototype's eye is "imbued" in a ring effects for being "imbued" don't apply
- when equipping staff of absorption (after Dreadfell, not endgame) it doesn't have graphics and appears as one handed
- when rune of the rift is used on a specter in a wall it will leave a temporary passable hole in the wall
- Wanderer's Rest works even in no-teleport areas such as vaults and the Charred Scar
- Wanderer's Rest when used on a wall sometimes makes one appear on the other side, effectively allowing one to pass through undiggable walls

Inconsistent bugs that only happened once:

- After dying during premonition I went to the Eidolon plane. After coming back there was a duplicate of myself. After a few turns premonition ended
- An enemy got duplicated after switching place with me (using his skill). Copy did not do anything. Targeting it with mouse would make the blue tiles appear on the original one and making the original the target. After killing original the copy remained and it was impossible to attack or target it, effectively blocking the rest of the dungeon.
- The life bar of a grave wight spilled over to the right after it gained life
- psiblades remained active after death without using the sustain. Only had one mindstar equipped in left hand at the time.
