Multi-monitor Detection Problem. Seeing All Resolution

Hi I've just got ToME but on ArchLinux the game is not detecting per Monitor. It's setting the game resolution for the combined monitor dimensions when I just want in window or one one screen. If there a config file I can edit? I got the game through Steam.

Ok fixed the problem. I passed "--safe-mode" to the executable and then I setup the options properly.
