[1.15] minor display bug in temporal rift

yea dunno this telugoroth shows as if he had a poison infusion under his feet, but there wasnt any. happened with 2 telugoroths while targetting them with an attack spell via autotarget/keyboard.

i think ive seen it before. doesnt have any negative impact on gameplay besides the big window making it harder to read the monsters effects.
