[1.1.5] Infinite loading exiting Intimidating Cave

Mods: Zomnibus (1.1.0) and Breeding Pits

What happens:
There's an Intimidating Cave on level 4 of Daikara. I entered it and I was surrounded by lots of hatchlings and few drakes. I used "Cease to Exist" to take out a drake, and managed to do so. Timeline was reset, with me on the stairs, so I left (with no issue!), rested, and was going to do it again for another drake.

I entered the Intimidating Cave, however it was a second instance of the cave. Only two hatchlings in sight this time. I slowly cleared it, and when I left using the stairs... infinite loading!

I loaded my char, and I was back at the beginning of instance #2. I cleared it a second time, but this time, I used the Rod of Recall. No issue.

Out of curiosity, I went back to Daikara and entered it again. Instance #2. I took the stairs back up: infinite loading!
