[1.1.3] Thought-Form: Defender Batters character to death?

Hi i was just playing through a Roguelike normal game. Dwarf Solopsist. I had just made it to Lake Nur. walked to one of the islands and took over my Though-Form Defender with the Over Mind skill. While i was the Though-Forged Defender i set the explore button. Then suddenly my main character died!

"Opad activates Over Mind.
Character control switched to thought-forged defender.
though-forged defender receives 52 healing from Opad.

Resting starts...
Rested for 0 turns (stop reason: all resources and life at maximum).
Ran for 18 turns(stop reason: died).
Character control switched to Opad.
Saving game...
Opad deactivates Though-Form: Defender.
Opad deactivates Over Mind.
Opad the level 16 dwarf solipsist was battered to death by though-forged defender on level 1 Lake Nur.
Saving done."

There was also an error generated. But i accidentally escaped it. Is there somewhere i can find those logs?
