[1.1.3] Camera scrolling to the bottom

I've had this issue since forever, but never really bothered to report it. Basically, when moving on the "bottom" lines of any zone, the camera refuses to keep centering on the player and instead only scrolls up to zone's edge, which makes moving on the very last line especially annoying, since I literally can't see what's going on. I can still manually move the camera in order to see, but as soon as I move my character, the camera snaps back to the previous position.
