[1.0.5] Died during the Ambush

During the orc ambush, I died (with the boss alive), and rather than having me survive through I was permanently killed, pretty annoying since this was an otherwise very successful roguelike run. The char URL is here, except it seems to be missing the actual killing blow, which was an arrow from an Orc Archer:
