Current cooldowns far greater than max

I was fearscaped by the Grand Corrupter, and I didn't seem to be getting anywhere. Then I noticed that every one of my cooldowns was about twice what the normal max would be. Is this like the Rod of Annulment, or some other very dangerous and naughty power, or is it a bug...? Thanks.

Quite right. Dang; he has burning hex at talent level 9. Really quite dangerous, that is.

Heh heh, on Nightmare Argoniel has a...mid-20s? 30? level version.

Over triple length cooldowns. Now that was hilariously horrifying. :)
