Melee auto-target bugs

Several skills are being affected by the melee auto-target that shouldn't be. So far I've seen this with Wormhole and (incredibly) Stone Walking, which actually automatically transported me through an adjacent enemy.

Some other things, while I'm here:

1. Waters of Life gets cancelled out by Worm Rot. Maybe it's intentional, but I thought I'd bring attention to this. It seems like Waters of Life is meant to be used in any situation with poison or disease, but it's (nearly) worthless in this situation.

2. I just had a bug where the game skipped over the ambush scene after Dreadfell. I was playing a Stone Warden and had Barrier, Resilience of the Dwarves, and Elemental Split going as I hit 0 on recall. I also had the Choker of Dread vampire summoned. I went to the transmogrification chest screen as usual and pressed escape to exit it, and the dialogue with the orcs began. But then the inventory screen didn't go away, and prompted me to clear the transmogrification chest again. I did, and found myself back in the fortress. I still had the staff and went to the Last Hope elder. He acted as if I had lost the staff. It's still in my inventory though.

Auto-targetting works even when blinded, when you can't know if a creature is still there or retreating. Same goes for invisible enemies. If an unseen enemy goes to another square, he won't fool my autoaim.

Auto-targeting wormhole is super annoying.
