Not sure if this is the proper place for this since its a bug with the website, but trying to update an existing addon gives:

413 Request Entity Too Large

I've had this too, seems like you can't upload addons bigger than 1 MB (the php default, so I suspect the problem is te4.org's php.ini or .htaccess).

Bet was broken in server move. Needs to be bigger limit if addons need to include graphics.
