Oozemancer mucus bug

I'm not sure how it happened, but my current oozemancer has his equilibrium being reduced as though i were standing on mucus 100% of the time regardless of the tile i'm standing on. When i am actually standing on mucus the effect gets applied again. Right now my mucus reduces by 8/turn. By the end of the game this will simply make my character unstoppable.

The decrease in equilibrium is almost definitely not related to mucus. The way that it decreases is not likely to lead to that

I just assumed it was caused by mucus because the amount my equilibrium was reducing was equal to the amount reduced by mucus, although thinking about it i may have had meditation active without realizing it, but i forget how much it reduces equilibrium by when sustained.

Yeah meditation is based on your mindpower, not that you need the equilibrium from it between fungal and mucus
