Pretty much what it says. Unexpectedly, Time Skip's become my most quick and reliable way of dealing with Bone Shield users. When I use it on them, they return with the bone shield sustain active but without any charges, and I can then nuke away freely. I believe Rune of the Rift works similarly, too.
Speaking of, sometimes the portal thingy from Rune of the Rift remains on the map even after the enemy hit with it has already returned. For some reason this doesn't seem to happen with Time Skip, but might be better to ascertain that.

Interesting, that used to happen a lot when I played on the betas, but hardly (if) ever, rune or spell, on my 1.0.3 PM. I did get plenty of immortal clones standing around doing nothing, though. That's paradox for you.Speaking of, sometimes the portal thingy from Rune of the Rift remains on the map even after the enemy hit with it has already returned. Ghoul never existed, this never happened!

Rune of the rift strips all effects; if time skip has the same effect as the rune except it doesn't do this I'm confused.
