[1.0.3] weird mouse auto-select

After the latest update, there seems to be a weird behavior with my mouse.

Whenever I open my inventory, the first item is auto selected in 'drag' mode and is attached to my mouse. The same thing occasionally happens to the action bar when I mouse over it. Whatever skill I the mouse hits first is put in 'drag' mode even though I don't have the mouse button pushed.

What OS are you running this on? I'd like to reproduce the issue and debug it.
