[1.0.1] Duplicate Artifacts and item skills' cooldown
I have 2 Wanderer's Rest, I started noticing the Telekinetic Leap icon from the ones I have equipped doesn't show when it's on cooldown, but I didn't really know why... then I got a duplicate Void Orb and from the moment I picked it up the Manathrust from the Void Orb I wear stopped showing when it's on cooldown.
