heal factor of DamageType.DRAINLIFE is wrong

in the damage type file, the heal factor is 0.4, but based on the describtion of those who using this damage type I believe the heal factor should be 0.5

It's right for both Blood Grasp and for Ruin. Is there anywhere else?

(Blood Grasp defines the amount it heals in the talent)
