stairs to level 2 High Peak missing

my promising berserker got stuck on level 1 of High Peak. no stairs to the second level. there were a couple of graves.

solved it by saving the game with player in another dungeon. then deleted the zone , teaz file for zone High Peak. now the was a shiny chest and the stairs in case. no Rat Lich quest though.
