[1.0.1] Conduit damage applies when out of range for mindlas

I notice that conduit damage still applies to mindlash even when the target is out of range. I think this happend with a t3-4 mindstar and 3-4 levels of range talent. They were right outside my FOV. Could conduit range be rounding upwards?
