"Zanenarihor the pair of drakeskin leather boots", talent blindside (rush basically), attack with 49% (at hate 0) to 163% weapon damage (at hate 100+).
Seeing as I am arcane blade, with hate 0, I doubt these boots is supposed to give me damage in the 500s (no crits) when my normal damage is about 200. I've no idea about coding or anything, but it seems somehow my spellpower is a factor in the equation - if it is intentional, hooray! If not, i'll use them while i can =)

When you have no ressource bar you are considered has having it full (except in cases of no-limit bars)

Ah I see. So basically we're all full of hate and there's just a few vocations who know how to skillfully chill .p

Maybe hateful is the natural state of mankind, and the curse gradually drains you of that hate for those things you dislike in life, the very vigor that you combat the negative things in life with. Perhaps the drive to live and the hatred of the world around you are two sides of the same coin.
...Naaaah it's just a coding standard.
