[SVN} Kill Bill achievement not achievable

As far as I can tell, the Kill Bill achievement, which requires killing Bill with a level 1 character, is unachievable now that his lair can only be unlocked by killing Prox the Mighty.

The lore note drops when prox goes low on health, not when killed
