[V1] Can give items to Norgan.

It's... mostly as per title. Just ran into this being mentioned over on the B12 forums. You can apparently give loot to Norgan via the give-to-team mate option in your inventory. Not only does them prevent you from getting it back, it can also overload Norgan and make him immobile. Probably shouldn't be happening :(
