[1.0] Mouse cursor not visible in fullscreen mode

I just tried v1.0.0 on Windows Vista 32-bit (SP2), and the mouse cursor is not visible when running in full-screen mode.

Toggling the "Mouse cursor" option in the video settings works, but only after a restart. This also obviously makes the game use the default Windows cursor.


My video card is an nVidia GeForce 8700GT, using the latest 310.90 drivers. I've tried with triple buffering on and off, and with desktop composition disabled.
