[RC1] Shatter gives damage achievements

I heard 2 complains recently that using Shatter gives you all damage achievements.

I didnt try it myself.

Its actually been that way for a long time, I just never said anything cause I like making people go "wow wtf" when they see me get every single damage achieve at once :lol:
