[b43] Leaves tide causes monsters to self-aggro

If you use leaves tide in range of a monster before it has a target selected, it can permanently select itself as a target. Consider the following scenario:
  1. Open a glowing chest. A boss-class monster spawns with target=none.
  2. Activate leaves tide.
  3. The boss monster takes damage from leaves tide, causing it to select itself as the target.
  4. Wait a few turns while the boss bashes itself to death.
  5. Collect the loot without breaking a sweat.
This isn't guaranteed (a monster might notice you the same time it takes damage and pick you as its target), but a 50% chance of making a monster commit suicide is still pretty silly. Pair this with some sort of strong stealth/invis...
