Buggy graveyard shaft.

I activated a graveyard in the Old Forest and fell down a shaft. I fought lots of undead there and died several times, in spite of spamming the (broken) telekinetic core. When I got sent back to the Old Forest, I randomly appeared inside of a tree. On my error log I repeatedly got this:

I think the issue was that a wolf or something was on the location of the whole graveyard when I went back.
