[b42] Mindstars losing APR.
Upon activating Psiblades, at any point thereafter when the power is adjusted (or turned off and on) APR is permanently lost. This includes the 'auto-reset' after using the Stat/skill levelup screen. As a result, after a few levels, your mindstars have 0 apr. This is most noticeable in the arena, but presumably exists in all variations of the game. 0 APR mindstars should most DEFINITELY not be possible.
