As a Cornac Rogue, taking Worldly Knowledge offers me Conditioning, Staff combat, Light, Stone alchemy, Chants, Chronomancy, and Divination. I was not offered Mobility, Call of the Wild, or Mindstar Mastery, and I did not have these categories before taking Worldly Knowledge.

I think you have to actually join Zigur to get their talents via that prodigy. I'm not sure if that's intentional or just an artifact (since that prodigy was written before every non-arcanist got access to the "betrayal" option).
