[SVN]Telos' Staff - Bottom Half does not appear

..in the debug Create Items list. I'd like to try out the new Telos' Staff prodigy!

Fake edit: Tiger_eye pointed out in IRC that the bottom half drops in the Ruins of Telmur. Is it impossible to get in the ID?

You could probably still get it if you bumped into Telos randomly. He's flagged as one of the bosses that can spawn in the ID.
