I started a Shalore Anorithil. This combo starts in Sunwall, with a stairway leading into the Fens.
I went through the Fens as normal, and got to the portal. The portal took me to Kor'Pul 2. I cleared that, then went upstairs and cleared Kor'Pul 1, then went down and cleared Kor'Pul 3 and killed the Shade. I gathered up the rest of the random stuff in his chamber, and then used the rod of recall.
The recall took me to the world map... in the East, standing on the entrance to Sunwall. This is not good.
I spoke to Aeryn in Sunwall and she was sad to hear about the Staff... yeah, definitely not good. Of course I haven't actually beaten the Master, and I don't have the staff or the orb portal whatever it is. So I couldn't talk to Zemekys either. Which means I can't get back to the West where I am supposed to be.
I re-entered the Fens, and found the naga boss gal on level 3 by the portal. (Wasn't she supposed to get teleported to Kor'Pul with me? She did in previous betas.) Alas, the portal was "broken" and did nothing when stepped on.

Ah, looks like the same bug as http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=34903 except I used the rod, and that person used the stairs. So, if both rod and stairs are broken, that makes every single Celestial class character that starts in Sunwall unplayable. (I think some races may start in the West.)

That's a really cool story, bro. Unfortunately, happened to me as well. The problem is I have never tried anorithil before and have no idea how the plot is supposed to go after using the naga teleport. Started over about 3 or 4 times, get teleported to random dungeons but outcome is always the same - every time I leave the dungeon I end up in far east.
Any way to fix anorithils?

Play a halfling anorithil. Should start in the Trollmire like normal.
I think this is the same bug as the No Buddies At The Final Fight bug, and that both of them are caused by the shift in transmogrification chest timing. Both of them have an event that's supposed to trigger upon entering a level that instead happens upon exiting the previous level.
