Achievement problem

I started playing this game not to long ago and learned about it from my brother who was pretty far into it himself. I have earned some achievements myself and was working on more. I let my brother on to play his account on my laptop and he logged in no problem and had all his achievements and everything. This is where the problem came in, I logged back into my account and noticed that now I had all of my achievements....and all of his now also. I could not find a way to get rid of them. Any ideas on how to get rid of them?
