[b42] Cease to Exist changes the loot after killing a boss
So, I cast a spell on The Shade (Kor'Pul boss) and kill him while the spell is active. Now, I could see that he dropped the Skullcleaver, but when the time went back to the point where I cast the spell, there is different loot on the ground. Kor's Fall and Surefire, but no Skullcleaver.

It's just random if I understand correctly.
Bosses spawn with loot X, Y, Z but when they die loot X is checked to see if it really drops (the bosses set artifact). If it doesn't drop then you get something random instead.
I'm not sure how to change it easily aside from collecting the items from the first death and over riding their second drop. Unless it's removing the skullcleaver from the drop table permanently I don't think it's an issue big enough to warrant changing.
