Distortion Bolt can crit twice, resulting in X * 1.5 * 1.5 = 2.25 damage. I guess the bolt is critting, and then the detonation is also critting.

They're separate damage fields. The crit isn't multiplicative.

But I think I'll change it to one damage, one crit roll, and just give the explosion a multiplier off that like Gravity's bonus damage on pin targets for the sake of on_crit procs.

Ah, you're right. The double crit doing 50% more damage than the single crit led me to believe that they stacked.
