[b41] Arcane Eye does not see (at least from item use)

Arcane eye (used by a berserker with a hat ability), creates an eye but the eye doesn't actually see anything.

Are there monsters there? Arcane Eye only sees monsters.

Not sure, there were 3 of the overpowered drakes there but they may have moved. They could hit me before I could walk close enough to see the stairs. Can't really check now but will keep an eye out if I get another item with it.

arcane eye does not seem to work while blind. Perhaps it should?
