[b41] Somehow summoned a clone of myself

I was in a hallway, backing out slowly into the open, and to cover my retreat, I summoned a Hydra.

Unfortunately, instead of a Hydra, out popped a clone of myself, with whom I was completely unable to interact with, target or move past. Naturally, I simply summoned a few monsters on the other side of my clone, and Phase Summon'd out, assuming that, as I was unable to interact in any way with my brain-dead clone, the enemies wouldn't be able to either. Unfortunately for me, however, I soon realized that the enemies could attack the clone and all damage that was done to the clone would instead be transferred over to me. Thankfully, I was able to summon a Turtle on the other side of my clone, and controlled the Fire Drake to use it's devouring flame to kill the enemies before they could kill me. As I have Phase Summon, I wasn't stuck and was able to use Phase Summon again to switch with the turtle, so as to flip the lever, and continue on my way, but no matter how long I rested for or where I moved, my clone did not disappear, and stayed immobile, blocking the hallway and acting as a voodoo punching bag for eternity.

Had I not already cleared the map of enemies or had this bug occurred in a more dangerous location, I would have died rather abruptly and to no fault of my own. I have no idea how this bug occurred or how to reproduce it, but it seems rather serious.
